SONEX-MOISTURE POWDER
Commercial grade processing aid in powder form generally called Anti-Moisture powder in
recycling industry. It is suitable for re-cycling and granules making from used polymers like LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and PP. It fixes all moisture related problems like porosity, blow holes , silver streak marks and improves surface finish.
SONEX-M
It is an improved version of SONEX processing aid having very fine mesh size with modified coating ,
suitable for making finished products like carry bags, garbage bags, tarpaulin.
SONEX-ULTRA
It is a processing aid suitable for imparting good finish, shine and strength to re-processed polymers
besides fixing all the moisture related problems.
SONEX-SS
Re processing of polymers results in deterioration of strength and shine of finish products. This processing aid imparts strength and shine to re-processed polymers resulting in improved finished products almost matching those from virgin polymers in all quality parameters. It also contains compatalizer which takes care of minor mix-up of different polymers with the original polymers.
SONEX-GCB (POWDER)
This processing aid is in powder form which imparts strength and shine to re-processed polymers resulting in improved finished products
SONEX-GC Granules
This processing aid is in the form of granules, specially suited where mechanised vacuum feeding of polymers is in use. It’s addition to base polymers is just like any other master batch addition. It is used by customers who do not want any deterioration in surrounding environment of processing machines . Besides clean environment in the work area it offers improved dispersion resulting in better quality of finished products.This processing aid imparts strength and shine to re-processed polymers resulting in improved finished products
SONEX-GCB (SUPER QUALITY IN GRANULES )
It is an improved version of SONEX-GC processing aid with highly effective coating formulation which imparts excellent strength and shine to the finished product besides all round improvement in quality parameters widely used in moulded and extruded products. Indian exporters of polymer products are finding it very beneficial and use it on regular basis
RANEX
This is a speciality desiccant in soft granules form for rubber compounds. All moisture related defects like porosity, pin holes, rough surface and blisters are removed. Uniform cell structure is obtained in expanded rubber products widely used in Automotive EPDM profiles and sealing, rubberised rolls, V belts and other rubber compounds.
SONEX-PVC
This processing aid is specifically used in processing of PVC compounds as in production of Power cables, PVC sheets and floorings etc. It has special PVC compatible coating formulation.
